The design features an oval cut ruby secured inside a white gold four claw setting and is surrounded by a halo of round brilliant cut diamonds creating a cluster effect. At each side of this centrepiece is a single pear cut diamond, secured inside a claw setting. The centre ruby stone weighs 1.32 carats, the total diamond carat weight for the diamond halo weighs 0.11 carats and the pear cut diamonds have a total weight of 0.40 carats.
